Becky Quinby

Broker & CEO

Becky loves the quality and craftsmanship of historic homes and is a big proponent of urban living. One of her favorite things to do is tour houses and evaluate the potential of spaces for her clients’ needs. A close second is preparing homes for market and helping clients strategize to make the most out of their investment. After many lessons through her own renovation experiences and in selling real estate, Becky is a firm believer in the transformative power of design -- not only in the spaces we choose to reside in, but also in the return on investment when selling. You will see this consistently touched upon when touring homes and/or preparing for market.

Becky and her wife Gracie bought their first home (a 1938 two story) in Kingfield, then moved to a 1916 Craftsman in East Harriet and are now renovating a 1928 Cape Cod in Edina where they are raising their three kids, Millie, Alma, & Fitz along with dog, Murphy. A Shenandoah Terrace 4-plex and Nokomis duplex also keep them busy as they are dedicated to remodeling and updating each property they own. When she’s not managing real estate or kids, you’re likely to find Becky trying to keep her golf game as good as it was in college or obsessing over her newfound sports passion - tennis! She’s always up for a round of either - so never hesitate to reach out.

What People Are Saying

“Always incredibly quick to respond and happy to talk over any part of the the house buying process with us. They picked up on our house preferences before we would even notice we had those preferences. I wouldn't want to be in the housing market with anyone else!”

— Siri Smith

“The team was a great help as a first-time homebuyer. Their knowledge of local conditions, consideration of my preferences, and insight into approaching a very difficult negotiation process was outstanding. They were always very responsive to any questions I had, and offered me advice on every aspect of the home buying process. I never felt pressured, and could not be happier with the way everything worked out..”

— Andy Morris

“They are a powerhouse team. They made the process seamless, stress-free, and fun. Through their expertise, we got well-over asking on the house we sold and below asking on the house we bought. Throughout the entire process they were caring, considerate, and patient (even after we looked at nearly 40 homes-- yikes). We never felt rushed in and always had our questions answered. We would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home in the Twin Cities. You guys are awesome!”
